Online Store Improvements 02/17/19

We strive to make your shopping experience better.  With that in mind, we've restarted improvements to our online store.  This is a process we hope to continue over time to give everyone an easy, frustration free, and convenient shopping experience.

Today's improvements:
- Removed code that caused a product to be added to a shopping cart twice.
- Changed how the cart appears to make checking the contents easier to read
